As an IT/Security leader, you might want oversight over how each access review is progressing. Notification settings allow you to customise exactly what notifications you want to receive, and where.
Note: In addition to these notification settings, we will always send the Access Reviewer a message when they’ve been assigned an Access Review.
Definitions
Access Review Required: Sends a notification if the Next Review date is today.
Note if you’ve configured your access reviews to automatically get created, then this notification is not needed.
Access Review Created: Sends a notification when an access review gets created.
Access Review Started: Sends a notification when the access reviewer begins the review.
Access Review Ready for Approval: Sends a notification when the access reviewer has completed their duties and the access review is ready for approval.
Access Review Complete: Send a notification when the access review is fully complete.
Access Review Overdue - Not Yet Started: Sends a notification x days after the access review was created, provided the access reviewer has not yet started it.
Access Review Incomplete - In Progress: Sends a notification x days after the review was created, provided it’s still in progress.
